I wish I was a pretty girl ……. I’m not saying I’m ugly, I’m just plain. Also, I look much younger than I am. Ever heard of a 21 year old being asked about her age when buying a fifteen yrs. film before ??? well, you can cross that off your list now …. I’m almost emberassed. I just keep telling myself I’ll be happy about my “young” looks when I’m older and all my friends still look their age 😉
but, back tothe pretty girls (and talented…) my favourite actresses are Camilla Belle, Emily Browning and Alexis Bledel. Pretty and talented, what’s not to be jealous of ?
and I should also put my sisters on the list aswell, as they’re soooo beautiful and talented. (if you where wondering, yes, I’m jealous of them aswell….)
Aina and Mette Susann (my beautiful sisters)
Camilla Belle (and yes, Justin Chatwin…even more reason to be jealous…)
I’m pretty sure that you’re not as plain as you say. I’ve never met anyone in my entire life who is completely average.
If it’s your looks you’re concerned about, you could always change that (partially). As long as it still represents who you are in the inside ofcourse. 😉
If you want to look older, you could try wearing heavy (heavier) make-up. I don’t mean loads of layers and colors, but a simple lipstick (or eyeliner) could do the trick. Clothes and hairstyle could make you look older as well, but you’ve got to love what you are wearing.
But I have to say that looking younger than your age is rather fortunate as well, because it usually means you look more innocent than others your age and I don’t think that is a bad thing. 🙂
I’m 18 myself and people sometimes think I’m younger as well, but whenever I put on an attitude (whenever I’m nervous or bothered) they seem to think I’m older.
Confidence is a very rewarding quality. Don’t change anything if you’re not comfortable with it. 😉
I like your writing and apparently the same actresses as you do. 😛
Have a nice day!
