PostSecret Postcard of the Week!

Since I haven’t added any PostSecret Postcards (www.postsecret.com) in a while, I’ve added a few more than one this time.

Rememeber to check out the postsecret website at least once a week, as new postcards are added every Sunday.

I think all women have this thought at some point (or several points) in their lives. There can be many reasons, but mainly (for me) I think that its the fact that men are very straightforward (to a certain extent) that makes me believe that its easier for them. Women have a tendency to analyse everything to shreds, and then still not be happy with what we got out of something…

This was a bit sad, and a bit nice. I hope whoever made this card will dare to show it to the person who hurt him/her, cause I think that person really cares, and we all need to know sometimes, that we might be forgiven for things that we regret doing. Forgiveness takes time though, believe me, I know.

I agree with this card so much. I remember a time when there was all this talk about this stuff all over the media, and suddenly you find yourself overanalyzing every little thing that happens. Luckily, I have a great relationship with my father, and this stuff never scared me away from him. But I was at times a bit worried with other men around me. Such as people whos kids I used to babysit. Noone ever did anything to me, and I am absolutely sure noone even thought about it, but when you’re young and impressionable, the media is definately a sore point, and can mess up out perceptions of things.

This one is just a little bit funny. I would hate if someone did this to me though. I have probably sent peopel in the wrong direction before, but never on purpose… ;-)

Twilight – Stephenie Meyer visits the set (again! :)

If you go to Stephenie Meyer’s website (http://www.stepheniemeyer.com ), you can read what she’s written after spending some more time on the set of the Twilight film. She has added some nice little fun-facts (like which one of the actors are actually most similar to a vampire), and a new photo. Since I promised more photos in my posts, I’ve added the photo from Meyer’s website below.

The photo shows all the ‘human’ students in the school cafeteria, with Stephenie Meyer herself and director Catherine Hardwicke. Enjoy!

I can take a hint ;-)

Most of the people who visit my blog, come here after searching for either PostSecret or Twilight (the movie).

And I’ve been kinda slow with these topics lately (well, especially with PostSecret). But I can take a hint, and I will try to work harder on these topics. The next few posts will be updates on both PostSecret and Twilight (the movie). Also, I will try to become better with adding pictures etc. on my posts ,as pictures are always fun ;-)

Here I come again…

Long time, me not write ;-)

So here I come again, with many updates for whoever (if anyone at all) is interested.

Been back in Newcastle since Tuesday night, and so far it hasn’t been to eventfull. It’s been a bit weird, and I think its because I know how close I am to being DONE. I can’t really grasp the meaning of it yet. So when my dad tells me to get my a** in gear and apply for loads of jobs, I dont really see what the big rush is all about. I think I am starting to understand though, and its VERY scary!!! This is kinda all I know, and my life here in Newcastle is by far the best part of my life, and its frightening that its all about to change… If you wish to carry with me through these days of ‘angst’ and change, you are welcome to do that. I appreciate not going through this on my own :)

So, what have I been up to the past few days then (you might or might not ask) ?
Went to luch with Mia on Wednesday. Went to Old Orleans. Was nice and fairly cheap, and it was great to see Mia again. (wonder how that will be when we’re no longer in the same place anymore, stay tuned for pieces of seperation angst to go with that other angst I mentioned before).

Went to the Gate with Leanne and her house mate on Thursday. Had pizza at pizza hut, and very (VERY!!) nice chocolate cake for dessert. Then me and Leanne went to see Step Up 2:The Streets. I really really liked it, and if you ask me its better than the first one. allthough, the first one had more of a story… I think too much drama in films is overkill sometimes, so maybe thats why i liked the second one better.

Been spending my weekend here at the house, watching a lot of H2O, and some films. Also, I’ve started doing a few minor things on my essays.
